ACRO ADVENTURE WEEK – Niouc, Switzerland

Join us for a four-day outdoor camping adventure in the stunning surroundings of the Niouc Hanging Bridge in Valais, Switzerland.

Workshops in

• Acro
• Handstands
• Slackline
• Highline
• Thai Massage
• Yoga

Workshops will be led by Tudor Sîrbu, Fabienne Egger, and Samuel Volery.

👉 All levels are welcome – no prior experience in Acro, handstands, or slacklining required. You can simply try out all the sports and get inspired.

Simply dive in, enjoy nature, and let our teachers guide you through an unforgettable week of movement and play – together with like-minded people.

Bring your van or tent, along with food for the week. On-site you’ll find toilets, cold running water, and a refreshing outdoor shower.

Workshop Info

• All workshops will be held in English.

• You can choose freely between Tudor’s, Fabienne’s, or Sam’s workshops.

• Schedule and topics may shift slightly depending on the group and weather.

• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.

• For highline workshops: bring your own harness and safety sling if you have them (a few extras available).

Camping

• Space for ~8 vans + ~12 tents (no oversized tents, but hammocks possible).

• 2 toilets + cold running water for drinking and washing.

• Big fireplace and grill available.

• Shops are 15 minutes away in Sierre.

Food

• Breakfast included: fruits, porridge, muesli, tea & coffee (please bring your own cup, plate, and cutlery).

• Lunch & dinner: bring your own food and cooking gear. No fridge available.

Your Teachers

Tudor Sîrbu – Acro teacher, strength & conditioning coach, and founder of Training for Acro. Known for his structured, progressive approach, he helps students build confidence and strength step by step.

Location

📍 Niouc, Val d’Anniviers – a spectacular alpine spot with a 200m-high hanging bridge and world-class highline possibilities.

• Workshops on puzzle mats & grass, under a big open tent (rain/sun protection).

• 4 Highlines will be ready to be sessioned!

• Easy access: 5 minutes from the bus stop Niouc, Les Saints Innocents.

• The area is also home to Bungy Niouc – famous for bungee and rope jumping.
