What You’ll Experience in the Highline Workshop
Throughout the week, we’ll rig and train on 3–4 different highlines:

Possibly there will already be a 200m long highline crossing the valley
You will:
✅ Roll out onto a highline with a HangOver.
✅ Take your first leashfalls and learn to climb the leash.
✅ Try to stand up and walk on your first Highlines
✅ Repeat mounting and walking techniques on a slackline above solid ground to then try it on a highline
✅ Learn the fundamentals of safe highline rigging.
✅ Train side-by-side with Sam, receiving direct demonstrations and feedback.
✅ Learn your first Highline Freestyle Tricks.
✅ Learn to rig highlines from rock faces, trees & artificial structures.
✅ Discover tricks, techniques, and safety practices to build lasting confidence.
✅ Learn to rig with Bungees

It is simply more fun on the highline if you already have some stable basics on the ground. But you are also welcome to participate if you’re not yet there.
We strongly recommend that you learn how to
Having a strong and clean mantle mount will allow you to do many tries on the highline! If you do not yet have a clean mantle mount you will be exhausted after only a few leash falls.
